Sylacauga Municipal Airport (FAA LID: SCD), also known as Lee Merkel Field, is a city-owned public-use airport located west of the central business district of Sylacauga, a city in Talladega County, Alabama, United States.

The Sylacauga Airport is the closest air transportation connection to Southeast Birmingham and North Shelby County allowing business to be efficiently conducted. With a 5,400 foot runway with GPS approaches to LPV minimums, an on time arrival and departure can almost be guaranteed.

Within the service area of the airport, hunting, fishing, racing and golfing can be found in the finest of forms. Because of access to three of the best lakes within a forty-five minute drive in either direction, all types of water sports may be enjoyed. There are two championship style golf courses nearby with Shoal Creek and Farm Links complimented by the Trent Jones Golf Trail.
